Brief description

In this R package, the methods for controling the false discovery exceedance for heterogeneous and discrete tests from Döhler & Roquain (2020) are implemented. The completed package has been published in the Comprehensive R Archive Network (CRAN) for distribution.

  • March 2020: Release of the first version 1.0 on CRAN
  • March 2020: Version 1.0.1; bug Fixes for Solaris and Clang compilers
  • September 2020: Version 1.0.2; numerical improvements
  • November 2020: Version 1.0.3; necessary adjustments due to changes in required external packages
