DiscreteFDR - An R package for controlling the false discovery rate for discrete tests

Brief description

In this R package, the methods for controling the false discovery rate for discrete data from Döhler, Durand & Roquain (2018) are implemented. A detailed description of the package can be found as an arxiv preprint. The completed package has been published in the Comprehensive R Archive Network (CRAN) for distribution.
